We are a Design-Build Construction company. For years Jonathan hand drew every plan. Today we enjoy working with a talented team of draftsmen to design unique homes for our customers. We believe the design build process has many advantages:

• It is a more streamlined process to handle both services in one spot.

We build to your budget. Prior to construction we spend a lot of time digging into the details of what you would like so that we can provide an accurate cost with allowances based on the level of finish you desire.

Our Design-Build process is highly collaborative from start to finish. We offer our in house expertise to help you choose the interior design selections and finishes that will make your house a home. We have a detailed process to walk you through all of your design decisions and we personally will help you stay within your budget while making beautiful selections. J.Hill construction is committed to providing you with an exceptional building experience. We provide weekly check-ins during the construction phase of building; quick updates to let you know what we have done this week and what lies ahead for the following week.
