In 2003, my wife Tara and I took a step of faith to start our own small business, Jonathan Hill Construction. At that time we didn’t fully comprehend the challenges or the rewards we would experience, but we were certain that we were at the center of where God wanted us to be. Through the years we have relied on each other and our faith in Jesus Christ knowing that He is ultimately the true owner of our business.

We have learned that our focus is narrow. We simply desire to allow Christ to be at the center of His business. Our commitment to our customers and our unofficial motto is, “Always Be Serving.” Our desire is to hold your hand through the entire process, creating an enjoyable memory making experience. We are there every step of the journey from designing your house plans, helping with the selections process, to the final walkthrough.

We cannot guarantee a perfect experience or a flawless home, but we do profess that it is our desire to give you both.

Jonathan is a third generation builder. He gained experience during high school and college by framing houses and building cabinets. He graduated from ULM with a degree in Construction Management. Jonathan has always known that he wanted to be a custom home builder. He began designing and drawing custom houseplans while in college and is still heavily involved in the design process to this day. Custom home building allows Jonathan to combine his passion for beautifully designed homes with his love for people. He continues to love what he does even all these years later. He is licensed in both residential and commercial construction with over 30 years of experience. Jonathan has been married to his wife, Tara, for 27 years and they have 3 children and one daughter in love.
